Cocoonr agency offers this 42 m² flat for rent in Carnac. It is located in the thalasso area, 300 m from the beach and can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a 12 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, a sleeping area, a shower room and a shared enclosed garden of around 1,000 m². Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is made up as follows
Ground floor:
- A living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- Kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
On the mezzanine :
- A sleeping area with a double bed (140x190)
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 6 m² balcony with furniture to make the most of fine weather
- An enclosed garden shared by the co-owners to the north and south of the property
This south-facing flat is ideally located in Carnac. Located in a very pleasant environment surrounded by greenery. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, etc.
Activities :
- Carnac has 5 beaches and a market on Wednesday and Sunday mornings.
- Thalasso swimming pool right next to the flat (entrance fee payable)
- Visit the megaliths with a small train in season (Carnac is a unesco World Heritage site)
- The Gulf of Morbihan and its islands.
- Beautiful island at sea from Quiberon
- The port of St Goustan
- Go-karting and tree climbing
Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the flat.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Auray, about 15 minutes away
