Beautiful, cosy country house "U Kohouta", 2 storeys. For shared use: property (fenced), beautiful garden to relax. Garden furniture, fireplace, parking at the house. Shop 4 km, grocery 4 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop "Stálkov" 150 m, railway station "Slavonice" 6 km. Nearby attractions: Skalní město Stálkov 1.5 km, Hrad Landštejn 15 km, Slavonice 6 km, zřícenina Český Rudolec 10 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Rybník Malý Troubný 1 km, Rybník Zvůle 12 km. Hiking paths: Česká Kanada. Please note: suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. The tap water has no drinking water quality.
