It consists of: - equipped kitchen (large fridge/ freezer, built-in oven, dishwasher, microwave, hob 2 fires) - air-conditioned living room with sofa bed and TV extending on a covered Terrase with sea view - a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet
This locataion is rented with its private parking space in the basement of the residence.
Pets are not allowed in this rental.
Charges extra: Tourist tax/ electricity during heating.
Optional services to be paid for on-site:
* Sale of disposable linen kit from 12 € per bed (fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases).
* Rental of towels at the price of 6 € per person (1 large and 1 small).
* cleaning package from 60 €.
Deposit of 500 € in CB footprint not collected and deleted within 3 weeks after departure
