The Nest is a fully self-contained, legal basement suite with its own private entrance.
Designed to be comfortable and practical, the space includes:
• Private bedroom with a comfortable bed and quality linens
• Cozy living area to relax or unwind
• Fully equipped kitchen for cooking meals
• Renovated bathroom with dual showerheads
• Fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace complete with a monitor, keyboard, mouse, and printer
• Smart TV with access to Netflix and Disney+ for streaming and entertainment
The suite is bright, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up for both short and longer stays.
Privacy & Layout
The Nest is completely separate from the upstairs unit (The Owl).
• Private entrance — no shared indoor living spaces
• Self check-in with smart locks
• Designed for privacy and quiet stays
As with any home, minimal sound transfer from the upper unit may occasionally occur.

Guests have access to the large fenced backyard.

This place was ideal for my stay. So many amenities were close by including the Calgary Farmers Market! The apartment was clean, had a more than functional kitchen, ample bedroom storage and the work space was great. I feel very lucky to have found this place and will recommend it to any out of town visitors.
