4 star holiday home in Djurhamn

Welcome to a lovely house with a lake view in Djurhamn, which is located far out on Djurö in the Stockholm archipelago. The house has a terrace/balcony of 70 sqm with a lake view and sunshine practically all day long. There is a small balcony at the entrance, where it is cozy to drink your morning coffee. The house has all the amenities you need for a relaxed holiday; dishwasher, washing machine, toilet and shower. The kitchen has all types of machines for cooking. The living room has an open plan with the kitchen and access to the large terrace. The living room has a TV and a wood-burning stove. The terrace has various seating areas, a dining table under the roof by the house, a cozy lounge area for a drink in the sun. There are sun loungers, a hanging chair and a grill. The house has a double room and a single room on the ground floor, on the sleeping loft, which has standing height in the middle, there are double comfortable mattresses as a double bed and a sofa bed. The sleeping loft has two parts, one functions as a living room and the other as a sleeping area. There is a small balcony with a view of the lake. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washing machine. Next to the house there is a small grassy area for games and play. The house has limited visibility from the neighbors and is located high up. The beach is a 10-minute walk from the house to the lake. If you prefer to swim in the Baltic Sea, it takes a couple of minutes by car. The homeowner has two bicycles that you can use. Out here on Djurö there are many nice walking paths and good mushroom forests. Sollenkroka pier is 10 minutes away by car, from here you can take an archipelago boat to islands further out, including Sandhamn. There are restaurants, cafes, ice cream kiosks here and there. The nearest grocery store is in Djurhamn or in Stavsnäs. A larger shopping center is in Gustavsberg.
