Welcome to this charming old fisherman's house, located just 10 meters from the Little Belt with a fantastic view to the southwest. Enjoy the unique waterfront location and the modern wing that was added three years ago. The large folding doors bring nature right into the house.
The interior is a wonderful mix of antiques and designer furniture. The house has a library with a TV, a living room with access to a loft with a daybed where you can enjoy the sunset, a kitchen living room and an additional kitchen. There is also an entrance hall with a guest toilet, a bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom. The annex is equipped with a double sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom.
The beautiful garden and grounds of the house offer plenty of opportunity for relaxation and leisure. Walk directly to the beach and take a dip in the Little Belt. There's plenty of space for outdoor activities and fun in the great outdoors.
The area offers many exciting experiences. Take a trip down to the harbor and enjoy the cozy harbor environment. Visit the Aarø Kalv nature reserve or taste the local products at Aarø Vingård and Aarø Bryg. There's something for everyone and plenty to see and do.
