Days here begin with the sound of the sea and the promise of open horizons, just 300 metres from the beach in Linguizzetta. Set within a relaxed coastal residence, the environment blends Mediterranean light with wide natural spaces and easy access to local amenities. The nearby shoreline and surrounding plains create a setting that feels both spacious and laid-back.

The apartment accommodates up to six guests and features a bedroom with a double bed alongside a mezzanine sleeping area with twin beds. The living space includes a sofa bed, dining area and television, offering flexibility for families or small groups. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave and coffee maker, while the bathroom provides a shower with WC. Air conditioning ensures comfort, and a balcony extends the living space outdoors.

Guests can enjoy two outdoor swimming pools, one with a paddling area, open from late spring through summer, depending on conditions. Additional facilities include a pétanque court, table tennis, a seasonal bar-restaurant and laundry services. Free outdoor parking and electric vehicle charging stations are available, while Wi-Fi is accessible at reception only.
