Hardwood floors, a classic brick fireplace (decorative), and a laid-back cottage aesthetic set the tone for a true New England lake escape. The living room features a large sofa, a leather armchair, and a flat-screen TV with DirecTV and Roku streaming — perfect for a rainy afternoon or winding down after a day on the water.
The fully equipped kitchen flows naturally from the living space and has everything you need: gas range/oven, full-size refrigerator, microwave, drip and Keurig coffee maker, toaster, knife set, and a full complement of cookware and dishware. A breakfast bar seats 2–3 for casual mornings, a kitchen table seats 4 with direct views of the lake, and a separate dining area seats 6 for bigger group meals. Three seating zones — this cottage was built for family gatherings.

- Primary booking guest must have at least one prior stay history on Vrbo and maintain a 5-star guest rating/review history. Reservations that do not meet these requirements may be subject to additional screening, cancellation, or a refundable security deposit request at the host’s discretion.

- Unapproved late check-outs incur a $250 fee, and extra guests beyond the reservation count are charged $50 per person, per night.
- Pets are welcome for a $75 fee.
- Parties and large gatherings are not permitted unless pre-approved.
- No boat or trailer parking on-site — marina referral available upon request.
