The apartment is a unique environment, cleverly organized to offer harmony and practicality:

Living Area: A bright area that combines living room and kitchen, ideal for relaxing in front of the TV after a day at the beach
Modern Kitchen: Fully equipped for those who love to cook, fridge with freezer and coffee machine.
Bathroom : Complete, modern and equipped with every necessary service.

-At the time of check-in you will be required to show a photo ID and
to sign a contract, as required by Italian rental law. In addition, a credit card will be
required as a guarantee for the deposit, unless otherwise agreed.
-Pay attention to the house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a fee of 50 Euro
will be charged for the replacement of the lock as they are forced for
security reasons.
-Arrivals between 20:00 and 00:00 are subject to a $50 late arrival fee.
Arrivals between 00:00 and 02:00 are subject to a late arrival fee of 80.
- Additional Requests Check-out is before 10:00 a.m. Please leave your keys inside the house (not in the door) and be sure to close the door before going out. For late check-out requests, please arrange this in advance with Marta, who will be happy to confirm if this is possible.
Please treat the house with respect
-The house must be free of garbage at the time of check-out
-It is not allowed to disturb the neighborhood during night hours
-We do not accept groups of children that include minors without parents (the age of the guests will be verified upon check-in)
