Welcome to your Missoula home base, a comfortable and thoughtfully designed space perfect for exploring everything Western Montana has to offer. Whether you’re in town for outdoor adventure, university events, or a relaxing getaway, this rental puts you close to the action while offering a calm place to unwind.
Located just minutes from downtown, this home offers easy access to local coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, and shopping, as well as nearby river trails and outdoor recreation.
We are happy to interact with our guests as little or as much as they would like. Always happy to share our favorite places and activities in the area. We do offer contactless check-in with smart locks.
Nestled just south of the Clark Fork River and minutes from downtown Missoula, Rose Park is a beloved neighborhood known for its tree-lined streets, historic charm, and community spirit. Originally one of the earliest areas developed south of the river, it features a mix of early 20th-century bungalows, ranch-style homes, and quiet residential blocks shaded by mature trees. The neighborhood’s unique layout — including the quirky diagonal “slant” streets — gives it character and a relaxed, walkable feel.
With smart locks we have a seamless self check-in process. We are available 24 hours a day to answer any questions or handle any issue that may arise. We are happy to interact as much or little as the guest prefers.
1 bedroom with a pull out sofa bed, kitchen and bath. All on one level. Enough space to enjoy, with a nice cozy feel.
The local free bus line has a stop nearby . This is a great location to bring your bike as well with so much stuff close by!
You will have 2 designated parking spots located in front of the garage.
As an extra service to our guests, we can provide a baby high chair and/or pack-n-play travel bed, upon request, free of charge.
