Cocoonr offers this 200 m² renovated former presbytery for rent, located in the heart of the charming village of Avrillé in the Vendée. This spacious, friendly residence offers an exceptional setting for a peaceful holiday with family or friends. The accommodation can accommodate up to 10 guests.
The accommodation comprises
- A spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV for your moments of relaxation
- A large, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, hob, etc.) opening onto the dining room
- A convivial dining room for sharing your meals
- A first bedroom with a king-size bed (200x200) and storage unit
- A second bedroom with a king-size bed (200x200) and wardrobe
- A third bedroom with a king-size bed (200x200) and wardrobe
- A fourth bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and wardrobe
- Fifth bedroom with sofa bed (140x190) and chest of drawers
- Three modern and functional bathrooms
Outside area :
- A private garden planted with trees and enclosed so you can enjoy nature in peace and quiet
- A sunny terrace with garden furniture for outdoor meals
- A large swimming pool (unheated) protected by a dome for swimming in all seasons.

- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique, 85 km away (approximately 1 hour 10 minutes' drive)
