The main living area, dining area, and primary bedroom open to the private, 30+ foot wide oceanfront balcony - perfect for sunrise mornings and comforting coastal breezes in the evenings. The large sliding doors allow natural light to fill the condo while framing the perfect view throughout.
The condo boasts premium plantation shutters and plank flooring, 2 hypo-allergenic king beds and pillows, a 75" theater screen TV with high-quality sound system in the living area with access to most streaming channels, 2 different high-speed internet lines - one for gaming, one for office work, and plentiful charging stations for computers, phones, etc.

All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
