This modern, 45 m² ground-floor accommodation offers space for up to 4 guests (3 adults + 1 child) and is ideal for couples, families, and those vacationing with a dog.

You will find two bedrooms, a modern bathroom, and a bright living area featuring a sofa and dining space—perfect for winding down and relaxing at the end of the day. Large windows equipped with privacy screens ensure your seclusion, while the heating system maintains a pleasant indoor climate year-round. The apartment is a non-smoking property; children and pets are warmly welcome.

The open-plan living and kitchen area creates a delightful atmosphere that blends cooking with socializing. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic stovetop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
