About this house rental

Corner terraced villa with a private pool and magnificent views of the lake and the pre-Alps, located above the quiet hamlet of Pai, 6 minutes from Torri del Benaco. We are located in a hilly area just 700 meters from the beach. The villa has recently been renovate.

The house is arranged over three levels. On the ground floor, you will find a bright living area with a large sofa that can be converted into a double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bathroom with window and shower and a spacious covered terrace (18 m²) perfect for outdoor dining. On the upper floor (attic), there is a large room with 2 sleeping places (two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed) and a bathroom with window.

The lower level, with a separate entrance, features a tavern/lounge, a single sofa bed, a double bed and a bathroom with window and shower, with direct access to the pool area, which measures approximately 6 x 3 meters. Perfect for those seeking privacy, relaxation and a strategic location to explore the lake – the view will captivate you!
The pool is open from May 1 to October 15.
