    Our butler Beibei made the whole experience amazing! She responded fast to our messages and helped with everything and just went above and beyond! Honestly she made the whole stay so much better

    Felt a bit cheated by the photos! Luckily booked only one night (we have 4 nights total in Chongqing) - so moved! It's more of an influencer hotel, if you do not care about taking insta photos then nothing much here.. the so called spa storm / rain was a bit funny. So called breakfast was just instant noodles delivered to our room. There is no restaurant or dining area. Not even a real lobby. Don't trust the photos.. Craziest thing is it is more expensive than the usual 5 star brands around like JW Marriott, G Hyatt..
