On the same territory, there are two villas: one with two bedrooms and an office, where there is a small sofa bed, and the second with three bedrooms and an office, where there is a sofa bed. Each villa has one bathroom upstairs and a toilet with shower downstairs. For children, a cot and a high chair are provided free of charge. Internet, Russian channels, covered parking. The villa does not accept groups of young people under 28 years old, parties and events only with the permission of the owners of the villa in order to avoid trouble. Wedding ceremonies are possible. The use of electricity 550 kw is included per week, overruns are charged extra. Cleaning during the stay once a week is included in the price, for stays of more than 12 days
