Property in the Hollywood Hills, less than 1 mile to iconic Hollywood and Vine Blvd.. Here for the World Cup? So Fi stadium 20 minutes drive ,Subway short walking distance. Massive property over 4000+ sq feet with wraparound Balcony that can accommodate over 20 guests. One of the original Hollywood Hills homes full of rich history. Iconic views through out the home of Downtown LA, the Hollywood sign, Griffith Park Observatory & Beachwood Canyon. Balcony overlooks the Charlie Chaplin house .Pantagas theater, Hollywood Sign, Franklin Village ,Avalon Club all walking distance. Host is owner not manager.

Designed by Marie Russak, one of the original female architects who also designed the Charlie Chaplin estate. You will find original waive handmade glass and charming character through out the home.
The location is in the heart of Hollywood with walking distance to Hollywood Blvd and Franklin Blvd shops and restaurants.
