OVERVIEW
Relax with friends or family at this peaceful country 3-bedroom home in a quiet setting, yet convenient to urban amenities. Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails on the covered porch and breezeway. The open kitchen/dining/living area is equipped with gourmet accoutrements. The bathroom has a large tiled shower. Kids love the ladder to the loft. Surrounding areas have outdoor amenities and the ranch town of Gallatin Gateway has several dance halls and restaurants. Nearby is Big Sky and Bozeman.
THE INTERIOR
Enter from the front porch to the spacious mudroom with hooks, bench, and large closet. The home has an open concept kitchen/living/dining area with cathedral ceilings. The kitchen is outfitted with quality cast iron and non-stick cookware, chef knives, a crockpot, food processor, baking supplies, small appliances, and basic oils and spices. On the main floor you'll find two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, dresser, and closet space. There is a full bath on the main floor with a tiled shower and ample storage with shelves and baskets. The half bath and laundry room include oversized washer and dryer, a hair dryer, and ironing board,
The ladder from the living room takes you to 'the loft' which is listed as the third bedroom (there was no option for loft!) Kids and kids-at-heart love this magical space through the low slung entry into a spacious room with three twin beds. Enjoy movies on the big screen tv with DVD player and dozens of DVDs or your favorite streaming service. There are musical instruments, yoga mats and hand weights, and a writing desk. There are board games and puzzles. There's even a typewriter and sewing machine! The loft is every kid's dream space!
THE EXTERIOR
Outside you'll find a cozy covered porch and breezeway, perfect for morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. There is a propane grill, porch chairs, a picnic table, and a fire pit in the backyard. Relax and enjoy!
The property sits on 6-acres and adjoins a neighborhood forested common area. Enjoy the mowed path to the top of the hill to enjoy the sunset or watch for deer. Walk past the house at the end of the driveway into the forested common area and explore the creek, shade of the cottonwood trees, and trails.
GUEST ACCESS
The whole house, breezeway, and yard is yours to enjoy. The home is attached by the breezeway to a garage and barn, which are private. The keypad deadbolt will be coded with the last 4-digits of the phone number used for the reservation. The porch lights are on a timer and will be lit for late arrivals or early departures.
There is a nice family that lives in the house at the end of the lane and you might see them come and go on the shared driveway. They might even have fresh eggs or produce for you!
