Villa La Hoya is a lovely little private estate nestled amid the stunning natural beauty of La Palma’s northwest coast. This very well-equipped vacation home offers the perfect setting for the best days of the year: 
a furnished rooftop terrace with panoramic views, a spacious, inviting pool area with a sun deck, a well-equipped outdoor kitchen with a grill, and stunning views of the ocean and mountains from almost everywhere.



Villa La Hoya can accommodate up to 5 adults and one baby or toddler.
A rental car is absolutely necessary; parking spaces are available.
There are 21 steps leading up to the house from the parking area/driveway, so it is not suitable for people with limited mobility.



Villa La Hoya:

Villa La Hoya is a well-equipped, spacious vacation home in Aguatavar at a pleasant elevation of 460 meters above sea level, about 1.5 km below the road between Tijarafe and Puntagorda.
Anyone who loves the lovely, rolling coastal landscape, the numerous nearby hiking trails, and the sweeping view of the Atlantic Ocean in the northwest of La Palma will feel right at home here and will also be treated to a fantastic pool area that leaves little to be desired. From the steel massage jets and the built-in whirlpool function to the pool’s length—8 meters, a nice length for swimming—this is a wonderful place to relax. The large terrace surrounding the pool features numerous sun loungers, a dining table with four chairs, a parasol, a covered area with a dartboard, and a pool cover. The garden on the finca has been beautifully landscaped, and a narrow path winds through the upper part of the garden. At night, not only the garden and the area around the pool but also the pool itself can be illuminated.



The house itself is a single-story structure, even though its hillside construction makes it appear larger. Guests have just under 100 square meters of living space at their disposal. Upon entering the house, you’ll find yourself in the hallway between the kitchen on the right and the open-concept living room on the left. The living room features a comfortable two- and three-seater sofa as well as a large flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The rooms have internet access and air conditioning, and all can be darkened. The air conditioning can be used for heating in the winter.



Opposite is the separate kitchen with an additional door leading to the rear garden area, which is mainly occupied by the outdoor kitchen with its beautiful grill. A large mango tree provides a lovely, shady spot with a stone table and three stone benches. The built-in kitchen offers plenty of storage space and is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. The dining table seats 4 people. Through the kitchen window, you can see the pool and the entryway.



Straight ahead is the hallway leading to the three bedrooms and the bathroom. The master bedroom is located at the back on the right and features a double bed, a dresser with a TV, a large built-in closet with an integrated safe, and a window that also opens onto the rear garden/barbecue area. Across from the master bedroom are the other two bedrooms: one with two single beds and a large built-in closet, and one with a single bed and a wardrobe. The single bedroom also features a desk and a treadmill, in case you’d like to stay active while on vacation. These two bedrooms offer unobstructed views of the rugged yet delicate coastal landscape and the sea.



Between the master bedroom and the kitchen is the bathroom, featuring a corner bathtub with a whirlpool function, a toilet, bidet, bathroom cabinet, and a vanity with a mirror.



A stone staircase on the side behind the house leads up to the rooftop terrace, which is furnished with a lounge seating area, one side of which is glassed in toward the sea, offering a spectacular view. Sitting here in the evening with a nice glass of local wine and enjoying life would be part of your vacation.
