This is a post-industrial bohemian living space walking distance from excellent cafes and restaurants in the Palermo district of Buenos Aires.
Only minor issue was the volatile organic compound odor from the painting operations in the adjacent art studio.

I would definitely recommend these apartments. Comfortable and generally quite at night, great shower, good array of kitchen utensils and a good size fridge. The double bed was nice as well.

Great location & rooms.

Our host was great and we liked that there was a kitchen. I wish we had stayed there our whole visit. The only thing is I'm happy I had my earplugs because a train runs constantly and I am a light sleeper.
