This semi-detached house has been completely refurbished and offers all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay with family or friends. Thanks to the radiant floor heating, it’s comfortable year-round. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, including a Quooker, dishwasher, combination oven, and a wide range of kitchenware, so you’ll have everything you need.

The cozy living room features a large, comfortable sofa and a TV. Games for adults and children are available for fun-filled evenings, and toys for the little ones have also been provided. There is also a separate restroom on the first floor.

Upstairs, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms as well as a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet. The master bedroom is furnished with a generous double bed and a TV with Chromecast. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds that can be pushed together if needed. Upon your arrival, the beds will already be made and towels will be ready for you. All windows are equipped with fly screens, so you can enjoy the fresh air undisturbed.

The spacious, sunny garden, featuring a garden table for six people and two comfortable lounge chairs, is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the unobstructed view. Two free parking spaces are available, including a charging station for an electric car.

For added convenience, a crib and a high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. A washer and dryer are available for use at the nearby campground for a fee of €4.50 per use.
