About this campground/ rv resort rental
WELCOME HOME,
As soon as you enter our mobile home, you will feel like "at home".
We have done everything possible to ensure that all the equipment is present, especially in the kitchen with the Percolator, the Senseo, the Combined mixer/beater/chopper and whisk, the small multi-purpose Grill, the electric kettle and plancha as well as an ultra-complete cookware set (based on our experience, we have made sure that nothing is missing... or almost, it's up to you to tell us in your comments)
Note that there is no electric oven as such but a microwave and a fridge freezer.
Of course air conditioning is included and electric heating.
The cooking as well as the hot water will be from an electric source (so no gas in this rental)
The toilet is totally independent of the shower/sink part.
A magnificent double terrace will brighten up your holidays with a fairly distant vis-à-vis.
The master bedroom (140x190 bed) is quite spacious and the second bedroom is composed of three single beds (80x190) including one bunk bed (note that bed linen and bath/kitchen towels are not part of the rental but can be rented at the reception)
Dogs are allowed with restriction on the category and paid on arrival.
A large area ( Super U ) is 200 m away, an Aldi is 1 km away, Lucie la Boulangère is 300 m away and the train station is 500 m away.
The airports of Perpignan, Carcassonne and Béziers Cap d'Agde are not far away.
WHO ARE WE?
Simply a retired couple who love holidays in all simplicity for an adequate budget, apart from the large multi-activity hotel structures, often noisy and expensive.
We were looking for a friendly place outside all the constraints of common management, between the sea and the mountains, with a Mediterranean climate, and where everyone finds their place.
Reading, calm and walks as well as sport (cycling for the gentleman) are combined while also having a certain attraction for the youngest (Pump Track and Skatepark nearby, protected cycle path to the Sea, Fitness room in Sigean)
The mobile home bungalow in a Rental Residence Park suited us and the one we offer ticked all the boxes.
We have set it up in such a way that you don't have to take half of your kitchen with you and that it is very comfortable.
Almost all the rentals in this park belong to independent owners which always ensures you a good level of comfort and calm.
Our goal is for you to feel good and why not come back.
THE REGION
The region is conducive to sporty cyclos ( Cyclo Club Sigean close with a great site net and more than 100 routes - cycloclubsigean fr) but also nature walks (Sainte Lucie Nature Reserve, Les Salins de La Palme, Port-la-Nouvelle Beach 10 minutes walk, Le Massif de la Clape,..) without forgetting the African Reserve of Sigean
Les Cabanes de Gruissan, a must-see location for the filming of the film "37'2 le Matin" as well as the Medieval city of Carcassonne, Peyrac de Mer and its Ponton promenade with a view of the Flamingos should delight you.
You are in an exceptional wine region (Corbières) full of winemakers from the very beginning.
In addition, Spain is only 50 minutes away by car
Terra Vinea (Underground Mine and Wine Museum) 10 minutes away, will amaze you with its captivating scenographies and local wine testings while inviting you to explore the secrets of wine and traditions of the region in a spectacular setting.
Port-la-Nouvelle and all its coast towards Port Leucate (direct sale of fish every day of the year at 9:30 am at the Quai G des pêcheurs) is ultra famous for its Kite Surfing spots (to practice but also to admire)
For lovers of the weekly market, they take place on Wednesdays (more at night in July-August) and Saturday mornings.
The heated swimming pool and the wading pool of the Residential Park is open from the beginning of May to the end of September.
Come to Port-la-Nouvelle, you will come back!
