Wake up to stunning sea views, golden sandy beaches and the palm-lined promenade just outside your door. This beautifully renovated ground-floor apartment is perfect for families and guests looking to enjoy comfort, location and the Mediterranean lifestyle.

The apartment forms part of a quiet residential complex with a large swimming pool, lawn area, children’s playground and free secure onsite parking.

Inside, the apartment has been tastefully renovated to a high standard, combining modern comfort with elegant décor, quality furniture and carefully selected artwork. It offers air conditioning and heating throughout, strong WiFi and large windows that fill the space with natural light and beautiful coastal views.

As you enter, you’ll find a welcome area with a home manual, local guide and our personal recommendations to help you make the most of your stay.

The spacious open-plan living and dining area features a comfortable sofa and elegant dining table, creating a perfect space to relax after a day at the beach. From here, you have direct access to the private terrace with sea views, ideal for outdoor dining, morning coffee or simply unwinding on one of the sun loungers in the warm Mediterranean air.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including everything needed for anything from a quick breakfast to a full family meal.

The apartment offers 3 bright bedrooms:

master bedroom with large double bed, fitted wardrobes and bedside lamps

second bedroom with two single beds and generous storage

third bedroom with bunk beds, ideal for children

For light sleepers, please note that the bedrooms back onto the nearby train line. However, the rooms are well insulated, and trains do not run approximately between midnight and 7:00 am.

There is a full bathroom with bath and shower, plus a second cloakroom with toilet. Fresh towels and essential toiletries are provided.

The location is exceptional. Situated on the first line of the sea, the apartment opens directly onto the promenade, with restaurants, bars and cafés just a 5-minute walk away. There is also a popular xiringuito beach bar just across the street, often with live music and great food.

The main Rambla is only 15 minutes on foot, and the train station is around 20 minutes away, making day trips to Barcelonaor Tarragonaeasy and convenient.

Within walking distance you’ll also find parks and watersports facilities, including:

Refundable damage deposit: €300, returned in full 7 days after check-out

Before booking please be aware that, to keep you and property safe, we require all guests to complete a short verification process.



The property owner also requires guests to pay a 300 € damage deposit which is returned 7 days after check out if there are no incidents.



In Catalunya all property owners are required to collect guest information and provide it to local police within 24 hours of check-in so please have your identity cards or passports ready.



All guests over the age of 17 are also required to pay the tasa turística (tourist tax) which is €1,75 per day per guest up to a maximum of €12,25 per guest.





The apartment forms part of a quiet residential complex that offers a communal swimming pool, a grass area, and play area. Guests are free to use these areas but must always follow the community rules and be respectful to the neighbours.

-HOUSE RULES:
When using the air conditioning or heating, make sure all windows are closed. Please turn off the air conditioning / heating when you go out. Please do not set the temperature of the air conditioner below 25 degrees or if you are using the heating, please do not set over 23 degrees.

No smoking in the apartment.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
