A compact internal laundry with a washing machine adds convenience for longer stays or beach days.
Bedroom 1: Spacious master with king bed, ducted air conditioning, ceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe, ensuite, and balcony access.
Bathroom 1 (ensuite): Stylish ensuite featuring a shower, freestanding bath, double vanity, and toilet.
