Set in the hillside village of Pitve, this villa enjoys a peaceful position above Jelsa on Hvar’s northern coast. One of the island’s oldest settlements, Pitve is characterised by its stone houses, narrow lanes and small squares, offering a glimpse into traditional Dalmatian life. From here, there are far-reaching views across the surrounding farmland, coastline and neighbouring islands.
Just a short drive away, Jelsa provides a livelier atmosphere, with a selection of restaurants, cafés and waterfront bars, as well as access to nearby beaches and swimming spots. The area is also known for its vineyards and local wine production, with tasting opportunities close by.
For those looking to explore further, the island offers a mix of outdoor activities including cycling routes through nearby villages, as well as opportunities for sailing, kayaking and diving. Hvar Town, with its historic landmarks and vibrant nightlife, is also within easy reach for a day or evening out.
