This listing is for just the first level of the home. We have another listing that allows you to book the entire home which is 5 beds and 3 baths. The additional bedroom and bathroom is within a completely separate unit located on the second floor of the home. If you book this unit, there is a chance that there is someone staying in the upstairs unit.
Welcome to the Florida Dream – a Mid Century style, completely updated, 4BD/2BA canal view retreat in one of Bradenton’s most desirable areas. Just a few minutes from Bradenton, Siesta and Lido Key Beaches, St. Armand’s Circle and Downtown Sarasota. Enjoy the whimsical, freshly updated backyard with a resurfaced pool (in January 2026), golf and BBQ pit in addition to the completely renovated interior including a chef’s kitchen, gaming area, large bedrooms for families golfing groups and wedding guests. With views of Bowlees creek.
- For your comfort, the home is treated quarterly by a professional pest control company. But given our tropical climate, you may still see the occasional bug. Please keep doors and screens closed to help prevent bugs from entering, as no compensation will be provided for any bugs that may come inside.
- Liability/Risk: The hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while ON or OFF premises while using equipment provided as part of the rental, including but not limited to pool, stairs or playsets. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and equipment taken off the premises.
Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
Unfortunately, we are not pet friendly at this location.
If you do not honor our pet policy, you will be fined $200.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.
