Cocoonr agency offers this charming 85 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool in La Motte to rent for up to 4 people.
It comprises a 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 250 m² garden. Bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 30 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Parent's bedroom: with 1 king-size bed (180×200), a bathroom (with bath and WC), a balcony
- Bedroom 2: with 1 king-size bed (180×200)
- Shower room
- Separate WC
Outside:
- A 20x15m swimming pool shared with the residence, unheated, fenced by a security gate, open from May to October
- A 250 m² private garden
- A west-facing terrace, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
The house is ideally located in La Motte, in the secure Saint-Endréol golf estate, with a caretaker at the entrance. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Fréjus harbour about 20 km away
- Saint-Tropez approx. 41 km away
- Hiking circuit around Lac de la Rimade, approx. 4 km away

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (2 spaces).
