Cocoonr agency offers this charming 50 m² house in Aniane to rent for up to 3 people.
It comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 600 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The single-storey flat is composed as follows:
- A 20 m² living room overlooking the river, with TV, sofa and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: single bed
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha, barbecue, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- An 18m² south-facing veranda
- A beautiful 600 m² private fenced garden with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- 30 m² terrace with sheltered barbecue
The house is ideally located in Aniane, in a quiet, wooded setting, with a view of the river Hérault below. Nearby (1km from the village), you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
Activities :
- Visit the abbey church of Saint-Sauveur, the Benedictine abbey of Saint-Benoît d'Aniane.
- Numerous wine estates (Daumas Gassac, Château Capion and many others)
- Astronarium" on the heights of the village, astronomical observatory and astronomical discovery evenings.
- 4 km away, the Pont du Diable, classified as a Grand Site de France, has a large building housing the Hérault Valley Tourist Office, a gallery of local produce and a brasserie with summer entertainment throughout the year.
- The village of Saint-Jean-de-Fos, known since Antiquity for its pottery, has numerous potters' workshops and an "Argileum" pottery museum.
