With two king-size bedrooms and a private den featuring a sleeper sofa, blackout curtains, and a dedicated workspace with an adjustable desk riser and walking treadmill, the home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests—ideal for both leisure stays and remote work. ***Pool heated 11/15-4/15. If pool heat is requested outside of that time frame, charges apply***

The pool is professionally serviced weekly to maintain cleanliness and water balance. Given the surrounding tropical landscaping, it’s normal for some natural debris to appear between services; a skimmer net is available for guest use if desired.

Parking in front of the house on the street only, please.
No parking in the back alley, please.
Quiet hours are 11PM to 7AM Please be respectful of neighbors.
Please make sure all trash is bagged and placed into the black garbage can in the back alleyway.
Make sure gates close and shut when you come back into the yard.
This house is extremely well kept and courtesy is expected.
There is a shed on the side of the garage out back that has pool toys, golf clubs, golf balls, etc. Please put them back in a neat manner when you are done using them as they are provided for a courtesy.
The beach towels are also a courtesy. Please launder them and place them back on your departure.
