The bathroom is fully equipped with shower cabin, bidet, sink with vanity unit and mirror, hairdryer, and all essentials. The modern kitchen offers a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and filter coffee machine, plus a dining table with chairs for family meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious living room with sofa, coffee table, satellite TV, air conditioning, and direct access to the balcony. The balcony features a sunshade and outdoor furniture, ideal for relaxing moments. Parking is available on the street near the house. °No pets allowed
