About this house rental

The cottage in Mårarp is a genuine red cottage from 1929, located in a მშვიდ and tranquil landscape between Ljungby and Växjö. Here you are welcomed by a warm and personal atmosphere where the old has been preserved while important parts have been carefully renovated. The house offers a newer kitchen and bathroom as well as refreshed surfaces, but still retains its original layout and charm. The accommodation is perfect for a family or group seeking peace, nature and an authentic Swedish cottage experience. There is space for up to 4 people distributed across two bedrooms, one of which is an open loft like bedroom with a double bed and one separate bedroom with two single beds as well as a crib. The living room invites relaxation with a sofa, armchair and TV, while the dining room offers space for shared meals and game nights. The kitchen is fully equipped for both simple meals and baking. An additional lounge with access to the garden creates a natural gathering place for both children and adults. The large garden and adjoining forest provide plenty of space for play and exploration. There is also a playground, outdoor furniture, barbecue and opportunities for activities such as kubb and cycling.
