Located just 1 mile from the beach and close to local baseball field, this home is ideally situated for enjoying everything the area has to offer.
As you step inside, you're immediately welcomed by a warm and cozy family room that sets the tone for a relaxing stay. To the right, you'll find both bedrooms and a full bathroom. One of the bedrooms features a unique loft area accessible by ladder—perfect for older children to have their own space to read, play, or simply relax.
