The sleeping area consists of 4 large double bedrooms. This layout makes the house a rarity in Baia Verde, ideal for large families or groups of friends who want to travel together without sacrificing the convenience of having their own room.

Groups of underage guests are allowed only after written authorization from parents/guardians and prior approval by the property. The rental agreement must be signed by the adult parent/guardian.

At the time of check-in, you will be required to show a photo

to sign a contract, as required by Italian rental law

- The stays of underage guests are allowed
only with the written authorization of the adult
parent/guardian for each minor staying.
-Parties, events, noise,
harassing behavior, access to people not registered in the
reservation, as well as the use or possession of
prohibited substances or any behavior contrary to the law or condominium regulations are prohibited.

- The rental agreement and related documentation
must be signed by an
adult parent/guardian, who will assume full civil and economic responsibility for the entire stay.

- The guest undertakes to use and to use the terraces and stairs
carefully to
reach them, and not to leave minors unattended in the above-mentioned areas.

- It is not allowed to disturb the neighborhood during night hours
.
- It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment; if you
want to smoke on the terraces,
please do not leave cigarette residues.
- Please do not leave your waste at home at the time of
check-out, or leave it as
little as possible well differentiated in the appropriate bins. In case
of violation of these rules, an amount of 100€ will be
charged.
- If the booked apartment is pet-friendly, admission is
subject to request and a
cleaning fee of €50.00 per dog will be required.
- For long-term stays (longer than 29 nights) it is
necessary, at the time of check-in,
to sign a contract for the rental and one for the services and to
be in possession of an Italian
tax code.
-) Pay attention to the house keys. In case of loss or
non-delivery of the keys, a fee of 50 Euro
will be charged for the replacement of the
lock as they are forced for
security reasons.
