Welcome to your perfect South Florida getaway!
This stylish and fully updated 2-bedroom 2-bathroom home is located in the vibrant neighborhood of Oakland Park, just minutes away from the best that the area has to offer.
•Less than 15 minutes from the beach - soak up the sun, swim, or enjoy the vibrant atmosphere.
•A quick drive to explore Downtown Fort Lauderdale and Las Olas Boulevard, with all of its nightlife, museums, and beautiful waterfront dining and shopping.
•Less than 5 minutes from Wilton Manors. Enjoy all that the wonderful area has to offer in a convenient location.
The Space:
The house features two comfortable bedrooms designed for relaxation. Each bedroom has a queen bed, and the primary bedroom includes a full bathroom and TV. There is another full bathroom in the hallway.
There is a cozy open living room and kitchen area
with comfortable couches to maximize your experience, and a futon in the living area that folds into a bed to accommodate another person.
There is a full kitchen with all essential appliances and utensils included, featuring an air fryer, coffee machine, toaster, and more.
NOTE: In addition to the front house, there is a small 1 bedroom/1 bathroom guest house in the backyard that is rented to other guests with their own separate private entrance. If you are interested in renting the guest house for yourself or for more privacy during your stay, please let us know!
Catch some rays or relax in the patio, featuring comfy outdoor furniture and a grill for your enjoyment, or unwind on the front porch with a morning coffee or head out and experience all the excitement South Florida has to offer.

Guests have access to rent the guest house in the backyard as well for a discounted rate. Please let us know so we can block the calendar or whether you rather not have anyone in the backyard guesthouse unit for more privacy.

•Please be mindful of our neighbors. You are in a residential and historic neighborhood. Please keep outside noise at a reasonable level during your stay. Any sound that crosses a property line at an unreasonably loud volume is unlawful within the city; as per the city ordinance.
•Keep exterior clean and do not leave any trash outside.
•There is a ring camara by the front door. There are no cameras inside.
