The apartment is located in the Pituba neighborhood, and is a beautifully decorated studio apartment located on the city's edge and close to shopping centers, beaches, and restaurants.
Being located on the 9th floor, it offers ocean views. The property features one bedroom with a double bed, split air conditioning, TV, balcony, and a modern kitchen.
The building offers a swimming pool and gym for your enjoyment and comfort.
We take care of the house with all the care and attention in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed linens and towels for your stay with us;
**We do not charge for electricity for an average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate. For reservations over 30 nights, water and electricity are charged separately;
**A security deposit of R$500.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations, the security deposit will be doubled);
***It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and clearance at the gate/property;
*******We do not allow guest changes while the stay is in progress, even if the number of people remains within the permitted capacity of the property.
