Villa Mariposa is a luxury 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom holiday villa with heated pool, air conditioning and underfloor heating. The villa is located in an elevated position within the prestigious Santa Clara golf resort, so is the ideal holiday property for the keen golfer. In fact, the property is directly next to the 15th hole of the golf course.
Here in this location you can also enjoy excellent road access and transport links, and it is just 10 minutes away from Marbella and 30 minutes from the airport. There are many beautiful sandy beaches nearby. The local beach is less than a 5-minute drive where you will find the famous Trocadero Beach Club.
The urbanisation is gated and secure and the villa has an alarm and phone entry system. There is parking for 2 cars on the driveway plus ample street parking.
Due to its privileged position, this property boasts fantastic panoramic views of the coast where you can enjoy picture perfect views of the Mediterranean Sea, as well as golf views with the iconic La Concha Mountain backdrop.
