About this apartment rental
The living, dining, and kitchen areas flow together across a wide open plan. The sliding glass wall between the dining area and the terrace stays open for most of the day — at six floors up, the views are unobstructed and the breeze is constant. The terrace is furnished with both a dining set and lounge seating, and the mountain and city panorama becomes genuinely dramatic at sunset. The kitchen is built around a bold blue-gold granite bar and is fully equipped for a group.
The primary suite has a king bed under exposed beams and the best bathroom in the condo: double vessel sinks on granite, a glass-enclosed hexagon tile shower with rain head, and pendant lighting. The second bedroom has a queen and a twin — solid wood furniture, flexible for families or mixed groups. The third room is a bunk room with city and mountain views, a dresser, and enough personality to make it a kids` favorite rather than an afterthought.
Marina Sol has a community pool. Serranos, in the lobby downstairs, carries a curated selection of tequila and wine.
Médano Beach is a short walk, with water sports, beach clubs, and restaurants along the shore. Puerto Paraíso and the marina are equally close. Sport fishing charters depart from the marina early; the boardwalk and waterfront restaurants are there for the rest of the day.
As with every ESCAPE to CABO stay, dedicated concierge support is available to coordinate each aspect of your visit—from airport transportation and grocery pre-stocking to sport fishing charters, sunset cruises, in-room massages, restaurant reservations, and curated local experiences.
