We had a wonderful stay at this cottage. It was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally clean. Even though the weather during our trip was terrible, we still thoroughly enjoyed our time there.The hosts were very helpful and provided all the information we needed about the cottage as well as local attractions and activities. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would absolutely give it 5 stars.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage in Clinton; it surpassed the write up and surpassed our expectations. In addition to 5-star level communications and cleanliness, etc., the host exceeded expectations with so many thoughtful attentions to detail that made the stay comfortable and warm. The cottage is also the perfect pet-friendly place. The host supplied bowls and bags under the sink, ann easy to access bin for dog bags, and, best of all, a fenced in back yard. We were at the cottage on a dreary, cold weekend in early spring. The house was a warm and friendly place that acted as an antidote to the weather. The heat and lighting were excellent; truly all the comforts were provided. The place will be even better in good weather with a TV on the porch and a fire pit. It is designed for those who love the outdoors and beach-going. We will be back!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house has a cozy, homey feel and was a nice place to come back to after being out for the day. It was quiet, comfortable, and had a relaxed vibe that made the trip easy.The location was a big plus for us. Hammonasset Beach was only a few minutes away, and Madison center was just as close, which made it easy to grab dinner or pop out for anything we needed. The outdoor fireplace was also a really nice touch and made the evenings feel special.Overall, it was a simple, comfortable stay in a great spot, and we’d definitely come back.

This was a great stay. Close to Hammonasset Beach which was what our main goal was. The backyard is fenced in, which was perfect for allowing our kids and dog play outside without worrying about them wandering off. All the furnishings are brand new and the house itself is sparkling clean. Everything we needed was provided including sheets, towels, cooking supplies, you name it. We will definitely stay here again for our next family trip to CT.
