Family house with sea view (sleeps 8/9)

Our family home faces the sea and welcomes you for weekends as well as longer holidays on the Jade Coast. It is well-equipped and offers all the comforts you need to feel right at home! It has 4 bedrooms, 3 with double beds (140cm), and the last with 3 single beds that can be joined to form a queen-size bed (160cm) (maximum 8 adults). It's ideal for accommodating 2 families with its 2 sleeping areas separated by the living room. The attic playhouse will delight your children! The accommodation: Unpack your bags in La Plaine sur Mer, a paradise for shellfish gatherers, water sports enthusiasts, and beaches, each with its own unique landscape! The vibrant Jade Coast (Pornic, Saint Michel Chef Chef, Tharon, etc.) will charm you with its many activities and events. Our family home was renovated in 2022. It has a sea view and is located 20 meters from the coastal path leading to the beaches. It is 100 m² on a 400 m² garden and can accommodate 8/9 people. It comprises a large living room with an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and lounge. This living room is centrally located. On one side you will find the first two bedrooms (a double bedroom with a sea view and a double bed, another with three single beds, two of which can be joined to form a queen-size bed) and a bathroom with a separate toilet. On the other side, you will have another double bedroom with a double bed and a staircase leading to a third double bedroom (double bed) as well as the charming playhouse, sure to delight children! A bathroom with access to the garden completes this space and offers its advantages after a day at the beach, along with a second separate toilet. Our house offers everything you need to feel at home (fridge-freezer, induction hob, microwave, oven, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, washing machine, tumble dryer, hairdryer). The house is equipped with Wi-Fi. The dining room has a television with a Netflix subscription (plus a DVD player and DVDs) and access to the garden with ocean views. For maximum comfort, sun loungers, two garden lounges on either side of the house, a wood-fired barbecue, a swing, a slide, and a small playhouse for children are provided. The garden is enclosed. We also provide a travel cot, high chair, booster seat, baby bath, changing mat, playmat, and our children are happy to lend their toys! There are also board games for children and adults. Two adult bicycles and one child's bicycle are available for your use. You can park for free in front of the house. Please note that bed linen is not provided. See explanations below. Between October 1st and April 1st, the electricity meter will be read during the check-out inspection. Electricity is included in the nightly rate up to 60 kWh. In case of overstay, the excess will be settled at the end of your stay (0.18 cents per kWh). We will welcome you, or if we cannot, a trusted person will show you the house and the activities and events not to be missed. Pets are not allowed. The surrounding area offers many possibilities, according to your desires: walks on the coastal path to discover the fishing weirs, the cycle paths of the Vélodyssée and Vélocéan routes, and shore fishing right in front of the house; water sports with courses available on Cormier beach; Pornic is less than 15 minutes away with its golf course and thalassotherapy center, its historic center (shops, markets, artisans and pottery factory), its shopping area… etc.,… not forgetting Nantes, less than an hour's drive away (the Machines of the Isle, "Le Voyage à Nantes" and the estuary trail). Other remarks: From June 26th to August 30th, minimum 7-night booking from Saturday to Saturday.
