The standout feature is the oversized 900 sq ft game room—large enough that everyone can hang out without feeling crowded. Combined with two separate living areas, your group can naturally spread out while still staying connected.
Step outside and you’ll get the best of both worlds: open space across 6 acres and mountain views that remind you why you came to the Smokies in the first place.

Bedroom 1: Alum Cave Bedroom(lower level) - Queen bed
Bedroom 2: Mountain Streams(in the game room) - Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Mountain VIews(lower level) - 2 Queen beds
Bedroom 4: Smoky Mountain Railroad(lower level) - 3 Queen beds
→ Total: 7 Queen beds
→ Great for: families, group trips, retreats
LOCATION
Set in the Smoky Mountains between Bryson City and Cherokee, you’re close to everything while still feeling tucked away.
• 10–15 min to Bryson City (restaurants, shops, train)
• 10–15 min to Cherokee (casino, attractions)
• Easy access to Great Smoky Mountains National Park
• Nearby hiking, waterfalls, tubing, and scenic drives
