This room is Room 302, located on the 3rd floor, and measures 40 square meters. The restaurant on the 1st floor is run by the owner.
Although there is no elevator, it is a 5- to 6-minute walk to JR Ashiharabashi Station, a 9-minute walk to the OCAT airport bus terminal and JR Namba Station, and a 4-minute walk to the Life Shiokusa supermarket. a 9-minute walk to Osaka Metro/Hanshin Sakuragawa Station. It’s close to Namba, Shinsaibashi, and the Kyocera Dome. There’s a bus stop across the street, and the area is filled with convenience stores, popular restaurants, and hot spring facilities—making it both quiet and convenient.
Security cameras are installed to monitor and record the building’s entrance and hallways. For safety reasons, we use a storage-type electric water heater (which can only heat water at night) instead of a gas-fired unit, so hot water is not unlimited. Additionally, water cannot be heated during the day. Please be sure to check the remaining hot water level before taking a bath. In the unlikely event that the hot water runs out, please use the Tateba Onsen, which is a 2-3 minute walk away.
