About this house rental
Get ready to kick back and enjoy a piece of Wrightsville Beach history at the Dolphin House! A long time rental that has been enjoyed by families for decades and just joined our rental program, this classic beach cottage is filled with charm and sits directly on Little Lollipop Bay. With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, tons of deck space, and a private soundfront beach, this is the ideal property for a family vacation you won’t forget!
On the upper floor you’ll find the main living area with the kitchen, dining room, living room, and a half bath in the hall. This floor also has the primary bedroom, which has a queen bed and private bathroom. The top floor deck off of the living room offers incredible view of the sound and is the perfect place to watch the sunset after a long day of activities.
On the ground floor you’ll find the remaining 3 bedrooms. The first two guest rooms have a queen bed and two twin beds, respectively, and share access to a full bathroom in the hallway. There is also a “playroom” on this floor with two built-in twin beds that acts as the fourth bedroom and is perfect for the kids to have their own space. The laundry room is also on this floor.
The real gem of the house is the private beach, which is perfect for sunbathing, fishing, or kayak/paddleboard launching. Enjoy sunset dinners at the outside dining area, or play a boardgame in the shade under the covered ground level patio. With the beach access just a block away, you will never run out of things to do here!

Outdoor shower, Beach equipment (chairs, boogie boards, wagon, etc), gas & charcoal grill, 3 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, 2 adult beach cruisers, board games.

- No pier/dock access. Neighboring docks are not included with the rental.
- Mail/ Packages are not able to be sent to the rental. Please call our office for instructions to have mail/packages sent to the specific beach office for your rental.
