HOME TRUTHS

- The apartment is on the first floor (top floor) of a two-storey heritage terrace building, so guests will need to manage two flights of stairs to reach the property once inside, there is approximately 10 stairs from the street level.

- The property is set back from the street but you may experience some street noise, there is secondary glazing in both the main bedroom and lounge room with the second bedroom at the back of the property should you be sensitive to noise.

- There is no parking available at the property. Street parking is available in the surrounding area, though we recommend arriving by rideshare, bus or taxi for convenience.

- The property has air conditioning throughout to ensure your comfort year round. We can offer regular cleaning at an additional fee which can be arranged with 48 hours minimum notice.

- We are happy to do what's needed for your stay and below in other things to note you will find a lot more detail.

- There is a Minut home sensor in the living room. This reacts if sound levels exceed a certain threshold for too long and sends us a notification if the alarms are touched.
