The living room is anchored by a sleek, modern fireplace and a large smart TV, surrounded by plush velvet seating. Large windows flood the home with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The home features a versatile layout:
• Master Suite: A large, tranquil room with a king-sized bed, and a massive walk-in closet.
• Bedroom 2: Features a comfortable queen-sized bed and contemporary decor.
• Bedroom 3: Another bright queen bedroom with high ceilings.
• Additional Sleeping: A portable pack-and-play crib is available for our youngest guests.
Kitchen and Dining
The chef-inspired kitchen is fully stocked and ready for home-cooked meals. It features:
• Premium stainless steel appliances (including a gas range and French-door fridge).
• A large quartz island with breakfast bar seating for three.
• Dedicated wine/beverage cooler.
• Coffee station with multiple brewing options.
• A formal dining table, equipped with a high chair.
Family Features
We have designed this home to be exceptionally kid-friendly, providing the essentials so you can pack lighter:
• Fully gated and secure yard for safe outdoor play.
• Pack and Play crib.
• Safety baby gate for the stairs.
• High chair for meal times.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the entire home, laundry room with high-efficiency machines, and the private gated yard.
Basement suite is not included in this listing and may be occupied. Basement residents access the basement through the gated yard from the back gate, so the gated yard is shared.
Guest parking is street parking only. There is usually ample availability.
