The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay, and a water filter is installed for your use.

4. The entire condominium is smoke-free, so smoking is not permitted in common areas or inside the apartment.
5. To ensure a peaceful stay, maintain a harmonious living environment, and keep the facilities in good condition, there are rules and restrictions in the condominium. It is very important that you comply with them; failure to do so may result in warnings, reprimands, or even a request to vacate the apartment.
