🚭Smoking is prohibited inside the house. We have a zero-tolerance policy on this matter. If we find even the slightest trace or residue (odor, burn marks, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fine of at least €300.

🏖️The pool features a large swimming area and a children’s wading pool. It is shared with residents and is unsupervised. It is open from May through October, weather permitting. It is unheated and does not have lounge chairs.

🚫If you plan to host friends or family on an exceptional basis, the concierge must be notified in advance
