Village house in the heart of the Catalan Country - 45 m2 - 6 min beaches, quiet!

Welcome to Calatan Country! In the heart of a typical and quiet small village in the south of France, we welcome you as if you were at home in our small village house completely renovated in 2026.

In a quiet alley, you will be in the immediate vicinity of the village center and all the shops (bakery, grocery stores, tobacconist), with a view of the church tower. Parking is free on the street.

The house is divided into 3 levels:
On the first floor: large entrance with cupboard, bathroom and toilet (separate).
1st floor: open kitchen equipped (hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker...) and small living room (with sofa bed)
2nd floor: large bedroom with double bed (140) and cupboards. Possibility to put a folding baby cot (provided on request).

Sheets and towels are not provided.
House for 4 people maximum.

The accommodations are located in Villelongue-de-la-Salanque, 6 minutes from the beaches of Sainte-Marie-la-mer (fully secured cycle path), 10 minutes from Canet-en-Roussillon, 15 minutes from Perpignan (Castillet, Gilbert Brutus/Aimé-Giral Stadiums...) and Barcarès, 30 minutes from Collioure, and 35 minutes from the border.

A guide to the region and leaflets of the sites of interest are available in the accommodation. We will also be happy to share our good tips and our favorites on request!

Rental of 2 nights minimum generally in low season (from 30/08 to 03/07).
Rental of 7 nights minimum from Saturday to Saturday in high season ((04/07 to 29/08).

- No noise after 10pm,
- Non-smoking accommodation,
- Cleaning must be carried out by the occupants before departure,
- Notify in case of breakage or problems upon arrival,
