The hotel is new, modern, and nicely designed, which made for a pleasant stay overall. The staff were helpful and responded to any questions we had.
However, there were a few areas that could be improved. During our three-night stay, our room was not cleaned even once. We didn’t specifically request housekeeping because we assumed that, as this is a four-star hotel, daily room cleaning would be part of the standard service.
Another thing we noticed was that, although the staff were helpful when approached, they rarely greeted guests when entering or leaving the hotel. A simple greeting would make the atmosphere feel much more welcoming.
