We are located in the center of Bangkok’s Old Town. The highlights of Bangkok are within a 5-15 minute walk of our location, such as: Wat Pho, The Grand Palace, Chinatown, Khao San Road, Golden Mount, and The Flower Market. The Sam Yot MRT station and a bus stop are a two minute walk. The area is safe and convenient and delicious local food can be found nearby.

On the ground floor, we have a restaurant serving Thai food, so that you can relax after a day exploring beautiful Bangkok!

Your room will be one entire floor of the building with four comfortable beds, a small sitting area, desk and plenty of space to make your own. The toilet and bathroom are clean and stocked with supplies. We also offer a refrigerator with complimentary water, and a coffee machine.

The main entrance to the building is also the main entrance to our restaurant and is accessible 24/7 via an electronic code which will be sent before arrival. Guests will access their rooms via a staircase in the back of the restaurant. They can access their rooms via another lockbox located outside of their room. Codes will be sent prior to arrival. There is also 24-hour CCTV.

My partner and I work and live nearby and will be accessible 24/7 to help with whatever you need in either Thai or English.

Please understand that we have a restaurant, bar and cafe on the ground floor which we welcome you to enjoy. We have two other restaurants in the area and offer discounts at each to our guests.

While we do not have an elevator, our staff will help you move your luggage upstairs, if they are available.
