Good food, We had breakfast lunch and dinner adapted to our needs .They give amazing full body massage and head massage and treatments .The people here are so kind and welcoming. It was also nice to be able to relax with a cup of tea on the porch.

Beautiful lush green area, very quiet and peaceful hidden in the Kandyan mountains, felt like another world but just 7min from the busy roads. A place where mind body and soul can rest and heal. A warm and loving feeling of care through conversations and loving gestures, staff that creates extra care and relaxation. The facilities were very modern and at the same time beautifully traditional, and the food was extremely nourishing for my body. Very deep knowledge about Ayurvedic treatments, a family business where you feel home:) I will definitely come back as soon as I can and would recommend this experience to anyone who just want to let go and heal🌿
